After more than 30 years in corporate leadership, I created Young Capital Partners LLC to guide business owners and companies through moments that matter—expansion, transition, succession. These are the chapters that define a legacy, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside those who are writing theirs.

Throughout my career, I’ve assisted and led the success in deploying over $355 million in capital, built partnerships, and developed teams who delivered results. During the 23 plus years as an elected officer at Ameritas Life Insurance Corp., I had the opportunity to build the corporate development arm from the ground up to source and execute company acquisitions and strategic investments. Earlier roles at The Gallup Organization and Norwest Financial taught me how to listen closely, lead with clarity, and make decisions that hold up over time.
